The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 17.02.2025 sought by the petitioner in "Janta Darshan" and look into the matter and restrain the respondent no.4 from demolishing the dwelling of the petitioner and raising illegal construction over the land of Gata No.1180 mil/0.02 which had been allotted to petitioner's father Babulal in year 1994 and since he date of allotment Babulal was residing and after death of Babulal the petitioner is residing uptill now otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss." 3. The instructions obtain by the Gram Pradhan/Respondent no.4 is placed before the Court, the same is taken on record. 4.
