Shukla, learned Counsel for the respondents-Nagar Nigam and Sri B.P.S. Kachhawah, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-State. The instructions have come, which are taken on record. The instructions reflect that the petitioner has filed Civil Suits and has even obtained an injunction in Civil Suit No.60 of 2019. Learned Standing Counsel has made a statement before this Court that although the petitioner has applied for withdrawal of the Suits but it is in one of the suits in which there is no injunction.
