Mr. Shubhang Dobhal, Advocate for petitioner. Mr. Rajeev Singh Bisht, Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. According to petitioner, he has made an application seeking permission to level a land he purchased in Yamkeshwar Block of District Pauri Garhwal, for commercial purposes. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that State Government be directed to look into the prayer made by petitioner. 3. Learned State Counsel, however, submits that petitioner was granted permission on 03.06.2021 to purchase a land in Yamkeshwar block for commercial purposes with the condition that he will raise construction within two years. Thus he submits that the time within which construction was to be raised, is over long back. He submits that petitioner now wants to buy time by seeking a direction from this Court. 4. Be that as it may, since petitioner has made a representation, State Government shall look into the prayer made by him and take decision, as per law, one way or the other, within eight weeks from date of presentation of certified copy of this order. 5.
