This is an application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Ms. Nandinee Kashyap, who has been arrested on 30.07.2025 in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No. 630/2025 under Sections 281/125(b)/115(2) of the BNS, 2023, with added Section 105 of the BNS, 2023. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Dispur P.S. Case No. 630/2025, vide Charge Sheet No. 450/2025, dated 14.08.2025. 4. Mr. A. Chaudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted in this regard that the petitioner is in the custody since twenty (20) days and considering the length of detention, she may be granted the privilege of bail. 5. Considering the fact that the case has already been charge sheeted, accordingly the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court with an appropriate application for bail which may be considered in accordance with law. 6. This bail application stands disposed of. 7. Copy of the report submitted by the I.O., in connection with the Dispur P.S. Case No. 630/2025, be kept as part of the record. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
