Betala, learned counsel for the applicant. The petitioner by way of instituting the present proceedings has prayed for impleading “Shri Ashok Dev Choudhary, The Chief Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Hengrabari, Guwahati- 781036, Assam”, as respondent no.7 in the connected contempt petition being contempt petition no.278/2019. I have perused the contention raised in the present interlocutory application and also heard Mr. H. Betala, learned counsel for the applicant. On a consideration of the same, this Court is of the considered view that the opposite party no.1, who is sought to be impleaded as respondent no.7 in the connected contempt petition is the authority who would now be required to implement the directions passed by this Court. Accordingly, it is directed that the opposite party no.1, herein, be impleaded as respondent no.7, in the connected contempt petition.
