The present application has been moved for restoration of WPS No. 4121 of 2018 and WPS No. 2697 of 2018 which was dismissed by this Court for want of prosecution on 21.03.2025. 2. Learned counsel for applicant would submit that WPS No. 4121 of 2018 and WPS No. 2697 of 2018 were dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 21.03.2025. He would further submit that on account of some unavoidable circumstances, no one could appear when the matters were taken up for hearing.
