Petitioner, who is working as Field Assistant of Karrivanirevu 3. Gram Panchayat, Mumidivaram Mandal Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District, has been issued temporary removal order dated 03.02.2025 and called upon to submit explanation on the allegations mentioned therein. Petitioner has submitted explanation dated 07.02.2025 refuting aforesaid allegations and inspite of submitting explanation, inquiry is stated to be pending. I Learned counsel for the petitioner by referring to Clause \ ( 4. 13B(5) of the Field Assistants Human Resource Policy, submits that if / - 3 HCGR.J W.P.No.l2220of 2025 inquiry is supposed to be completed a within thirty (30) days. However, the respondents have not followed the timelines specified therein. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has not been provided with a copy of complaint and inquiry report, basing on which he has been temporarily removed from service. Sri M.S.R Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that inquiry is at an advanced stage and 5. will be concluded soon. In view of aforesaid submissions, without expressing any 6. opinion on merits of the matter, with the consent of both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing respondent No.2 to supply a copy of complaint and inquiry report, if not furnished, and conclude the inquiry by passing appropriate speaking orders, after providing due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
