This is the second bail application. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners joined hands with other accused and waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.1050/- from him at knife point and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, this case. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioners are ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court and sought for bail to the petitioners. 4.
