Order
[2025:RJ-JP:13460] (2 of 2) [CW-9525/2012] 24/03/2025
1.
Order under challenge in both the writ petitions is of dated 16.05.2012 passed in Original Application No.239/2011 by the newly constituted Rent Tribunal, Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur, de- clining to take rejoinder of petitioner on record and rejecting her prayer of cross-examining the respondent No.2 in the proceedings under Sections 6/7 of the Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001 seek- ing for revision of rent.
2. It appears that during course of writ petition, sole petitioner passed away, hence, application under Order 22 Rule 3 CPC was moved by the legal representatives of deceased petitioner on 07.12.2020 which is pending.
3. As per status report dated 24.03.2025, received from the Rent Tribunal the proceedings of original application have been fi- nally decided on 20.11.2024.
4. Hence, in that view, challenge to interlocutory orders in both writ petitions has rendered infructuous.
5. Accordingly, both writ petitions stands disposed of. Since pe- titions have rendered infructuous, application(1/2020) is also dis- posed of.
6. Any other pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
