The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no. 2 to proceed on the complaint filed by petitioner against the respondent no.4 for committing financial irregularities as Gram Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Chadaicha, Vijaipur, District Mirzapur. 3. From the perusal of record, it appears that no application supported by affidavit has been filed as contemplated under Rule 3 of the U.P. Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhans, Up-Pradhans and Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application as contemplated under Rule 3 of the Enquiry Rules, 1997.
