He states that the Principal District Judge is yet to pass orders accepting or rejecting the final report. 2. Dr.T.Seenivasan, learned Special Government Pleader reports that acting on the recommendation of the DVAC, disciplinary proceedings have been initiated by the Director of the Municipal Administration against Mrs.K.Uma Maheswari, formerly Municipal Commissioner, Tiruvarur Municipality and six others on 13.05.2025. On 24.06.2025, an Inquiry Officer has also been appointed. 3.Mr.Meganathan shall produce the order of the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvarur on the RCSs filed by the Inspector of Police, Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Tiruvarur on the next date of hearing. 4.
