Side) for R3 ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the docket order dated 07.08.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.SR No. 3521 of 2024, thereby returning the complaint filed by the petitioner seeking direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C on the ground that it had been repeatedly filed on flimsy grounds. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the third respondent. Perused the materials available on record. 3.
