HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 15430 of 2025 Court No. - 32
HON'BLE SAURABH SHYAM SHAMSHERY, J.
1. Heard Sri Vibhu Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.P. Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel for State-respondent nos.1 to 3 and Sri Bachchu Lal Yadav, learned counsel for respondent no.4.
2. It is very unfortunate that the District Inspector of Schools, Aligarh has passed an order on 09.09.2025, which is impugned in this petition, wherein maximum part of order is absolutely illegible. Even copy of said order supplied by learned counsel for the respondent is illegible and there is 'copy and paste' also.
3. This Court finds that the aforesaid nature of order is absolutely contrary to the procedure, therefore, impugned order dated 09.09.2025 is set aside. Matter is remitted to concerned respondent to pass a fresh order and said respondent is put on caution that said order shall be legible. It is made clear that at this stage the Court has not entered into the merit of the case.
4. Writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid observations and directions.
