State of Jharkhand … Opposite Parties ------ CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR CHOUDHARY ------ For the Petitioner : Mr. Akhouri Sankalp, Advocate For the Opp. Parties : Mr. Sanjay Kr. Tiwari, SC I : Mr. Ankit Kumar, AC to SC I ------ Order No.03 Dated- 12.09.2025 Heard the parties. This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the time for payment of costs of Rs. 5,000/- by the petitioner to the opposite party nos.1 and 2 of C.M.P. No. 1024 of 2024, through the counsel appearing in the record, in terms of the order dated 02.05.2025 passed in C.M.P. No. 1024 of 2024. Though notice has validly been served upon the opposite party nos.1 and 2 but no one turns up on behalf of the opposite party nos.1 and 2 in-spite of repeated calls. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a poor person residing in a remote village and sustains himself through agricultural labour with irregular income and owing to these financial difficulties and logical constraints, the petitioner was unable to arrange the required money within the stipulated time. Hence, it is submitted that time period of two weeks be enlarged for further period of four weeks from today to pay the cost of Rs.5,000/- by the petitioner to the opposite party nos.1 and 2 of C.M.P. No. 1024 of 2024 through the counsel appearing in the record. The opposite party nos.3 and 4 has no serious objection for the same. Considering the aforesaid facts, the time period of two weeks for payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- as fixed in the order dated 02.05.2025 in C.M.P. No. 1024 of 2024 is enlarged for a period of four weeks from the date of this order. This civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly. (Anil Kumar Choudhary, J.) Sonu-Gunjan/
