No.2 as compensation and granted waiver from to deposit 20% of fine amount awarded by the court below and/or pass any other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case failing which the applicant shall suffer irreparable loss and injury which can not be compensate in any way." 2. Learned counsel for the applicant after some argument submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application filed under Section 528 BNSS. 3.
