The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayer :- "I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus restrain the respondents authority not to made any construction by demolishing the house of the petitioner as well as their Bhumidhari land bearing no.380 area 2.264 situated at village Pati Bujurg, Pagana And Tehsil Sagari, District- Azamgarh." 2. Learned Standing Counsel placed before this Court the instructions dated 08.09.2025 under signature of Tehsildar, Tehsil-Sagari, District-Azamgarh, the same is taken on record. 3. It is stated in the aforesaid instructions that as on date Sudeshi is in physical possession over the house in question. It is stated in paragraph-3 of the aforesaid instructions that several cases are pending under Section 67 (1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 against the several persons. 4. After going through the aforesaid instructions, a prayer has Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Adarsh Kumar, Subhash Chandra Yadava Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Rameshwar Prasad Shukla Shankar Ram .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 7 Others .....Respondent(s) been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to contest the aforesaid case pending before the court of Tehsildal, Tehsil-Sagari, District-Azamgarh. 5.
