The petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "I) To direct the Court concerned i.e. Principal Judge, Family Court, Banda to decide the Original Suit No.344/2023, Smt. Saima alias Saima Khalid Vs. Ajaj Anwar, under section 2 of the Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act, 1939 very expeditiously without unreasonable delay." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that Original Suit No.344/2023 (Smt. Saima alias Saima Khalid Vs. Ajaj Anwar) under section 2 of the Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act, 1939 is pending since 2023 and the same has not been decided despite several dates have been fixed. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. In view of above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. This petition is disposed of with direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Banda to decide the Original Suit No.344/2023 expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing reasonable time to the parties concerned to lead evidence in support of their case and also providing an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, provided there is no other legal impediment.
