By means of the present application under Section 529 BNSS, the applicant who is complainant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Buddh Nagar to expedite the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 389 of 2020, (Priyanka Mathur vs Akshay Mathur), under Section 125 Cr.P.C. at Police Station Sector 49, District Noida Gautam Buddh Nagar is pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Buddh Nagar, within time stipulated. 3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the court below concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 4.
