It is the case of the petitioner that all the records maintained by respondent No.2 would be sufficient for issuance of E-Khatha. 3. It is submitted that the representations filed by the petitioner are also to the effect that the documents including the rectified Gift Deed have been produced alongwith the order of conversion and other documents and on the basis of those documents, the order may be passed for issuance of E-khatha. 4. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that there are certain clarifications being sought by the Tahsildar vide Annexure-'M' dated 08.01.2025 and accordingly, seeks further time to consider the representations of petitioner. 5.
