Heard Sri Murari Lal Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shishir Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel for State-respondent. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner with a prayer to command respondent nos.2 and 3 to produce the answer books of the petitioner of his Intermediate Examination conducted in the year 2025 pertaining to subject Maths. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to show any legal provision to grant petitioner the relief as prayed for in this petition. However, he submits that earlier a scrutiny was done and petitioner's marks in Math subject was increased from 43 to 46. 4. It may be hard luck to the petitioner but since there is no specific provision to do so, this Court cannot help the petitioner to that extent. 5. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
