Learned counsels for both the parties submitted that by efflux of time, the parties have reconciled their differences and a compromise has been entered between them and the said compromise affidavit has already been filed along with supplementary affidavit. Accordingly, it is directed that parties shall appear before the court below along with a certified copy of this order on 02.04.2026 and be permitted to file an application for verification of the original compromise document. The trial court may fix a date for the verification of the said compromise entered into between the parties and pass an appropriate order with respect to the verification within a period of three weeks from today. After due verification, the court below shall send compliance report with certified copy of the compromise verification. List on 20.4.2026.
