JUSTICE MOKSHA KHAJURIA KAZMI, JUDGE ORDER 11.02.2025 In the instant petition, petitioners have alleged non compliance of order passed on 30.11.2012 in SWP No.2231/2011, whereby the said writ petition has been allowed, thereby directing the respondents to consider the petitioners’ claim for regularization as Junior Engineers and further to release of pay scale therefor with effect from the date they were adjusted as Junior Engineers and their entitlement to any other relief that would be available to them under rules. Statement of facts have been filed, wherein it is stated that in compliance to the judgment dated 30.11.2012 passed by this Court, the matter was examined by the department and Government Order No.40- RD of 2013 dated 31.01.2013 has been passed whereby sanction was accorded to the release of grade of Junior Engineer i.e. Rs.1760-3200 (Pre-revised) in favour of the petitioners w.e.f. 10.07.2002, the date they 2 CP(SW) No.89/2013 have been given the charge allowance for the post. It is further stated that the case of the petitioners was also placed before the Divisional Level DPC and after obtaining vigilance clearance, Order No.95-DRD of 2014 dated 28.02.2014, was issued whereby the petitioners who were working as Work Supervisors were promoted as Junior Engineers w.e.f. 10.07.2002. Learned counsel for the respondents has stated that claim of the petitioners for regularization as Junior Engineer and release of pay scale has been considered and appropriate orders have been passed by the competent authority. In view of the above, the judgment dated 31.11.2012 passed in SWP No.2231/2011 has been implemented in its letter and spirit. Contempt proceedings stand closed.
