Sharma, Additional Advocate General. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Pursuant to orders passed in this petition from time to time, learned Additional Advocate General has now placed on record office order dated 21.04.2026 issued by Deputy Director, School Education (Sec.), District Sirmour at Nahan offering appointment to the petitioner on the post of Multi Task Worker in GSSS, Punnerdhar against vacancy subject to outcome of Letter Patent Appeal (LPA) statedly filed by the respondents with rider that terms & conditions for appointment will be finalized & communicated to the petitioner as & when received from the Government. 2. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that in case the petitioner accepts the offer of appointment and reports for duties at the above school within 05 days, 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 her joining will be accepted. Learned Additional Advocate General further submits that terms and conditions of appointment will be made known to the petitioner within two weeks from today. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready and willing to join the above post, however, liberty be reserved to her to seek appropriate remedy with regard to terms of her appointment, in case the necessity so arises. 4. Taking note of above office order and the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present proceedings are closed. Notices issued to respondents are discharged. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of her surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law at an appropriate stage in case need so arises.
