This criminal revision is directed against the impugned summoning order dated 2.7.2025, passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.3, Fatehpur to the extent of non summoning of opposite party nos. 2 to 4 to face trial as well as order dated 15.7.2025, whereby the application dated 15.7.2025 has been rejected in Complaint Case No. 19941 of 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the revisionist has submitted that wife of revisionist-Manoj Kumart had performed her another marriage with Gaurav Modanwal and she has committed bigamy, hence the application for registration of complaint dated 15.9.2023 has been filed. In the original complaint, the opposite parties made therein are the family members or organizer. Learned Magistrate has passed the impugned summoning order dated 2.7.2025 and summoned the accused Gaurav Modanwal, Radhey Shyam, Radha Devi, Savitri Devi, Anil, Sastish, Suneeta, Kamla, Anita and Harish Chandra. 4. Learned counsel for the revisionist has further submitted that the Magistrate has not summoned the organizer of the marriage and they too be summoned. The proposed opposite party nos. 3 and 4, who may be the organizer of group marriage could not be treated as organizers. Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Prem Kumar, S.P.S. There is neither any illegality nor irregularity in the impugned order. Therefore, the present revision is liable to be dismissed and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
