Learned counsel for the fourth respondent submits that the said respondent has filed a petition before the District Revenue officer for UDR correction relating to Survey No.239/5. Therefore, he submits that the survey should not be conducted until such proceedings are concluded. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is agreeable to this course of action.
