The present revision has been filed on the ground that both the learned Courts below have failed to notice that accused had the knowledge of the death of Ramesh Chand, who had executed power of attorney in favour of the accused. The accused executed the sale deeds and affidavits after coming to know of the death of Ramesh Chand. The factum of death was disclosed to the accused by none other than his father.
