Tarannum Nisha vs Mohammad Ishaq), under Section 125 Cr.P.C. at Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Banda is pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Banda, within time stipulated. 3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the court below concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 4.
