Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to carry out necessary amendment during course of the day. 3. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue an appropriate and suitable order or direction to set- aside/quash the judgment and order dated 6.5.2019 (Annexure No.1) passed by Additional Session Judge, Court No.15, Allahabad in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 67/2016, inre: Vipin Kumar and another Vs. Satya Narayan and others, undr Order 43 Rule 1(R) C.P.C. 1908 District Allahabad. issue an appropriate and suitable order or direction for directing the Additional Session Judge (J.D.) Court No.14, Allahabad to decide the Suit No. 104/2016, inre Vipin Kumar and another Vs. Satya Narayan (since deceased) through LRs. District Allahabad immediately within some specific time." 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above- mentioned case is pending consideration since 2016, the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 5. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 6. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Additional Session Judge (J.D.) Court No.14, Allahabad to Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Preet Pal Singh Rathore, Sanjeev Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : Satya Narayan Since Deceased And 3 Others .....Petitioner(s) Vipin Kumar And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
