Smt.Neeraja Karanth., counsel on behalf of Sri.Shrihari.K., for the petitioner and Sri.Shrikara.P.K., counsel for respondent No.1 have appeared in person. Sri.A.Ravishankar., counsel for respondent No.2 has appeared through video conferencing.
2. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the order dated 03.09.2015 passed by the Prl. District Judge, Hassan in M.A.No.02/2015 vide Annexure-A.
3. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with care.
4. Counsel Sri.Shrikara.P.K., submits that the order dated 03.09.2015 passed in M.A.No.02/2015 is quashed by this Court on 07.03.2019 in W.P.No.2010/2016. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition. Counsel therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed.

Counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the said submission and submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties is placed on record.
5. Because the impugned order dated 03.09.2015 in M.A.No.02/2015 is already quashed by the Coordinate bench of this Court in W.P.No.2010/2016, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition at this juncture. The Writ Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
6. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
