Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record. A representation has been made on behalf of the petitioner for holding Gita Path and Prasadam participation for about 100 to 200 people after block parikarama at Pingla. The venue has been chosen as Pingal Thana Mela Ground. The route of the procession as well as the participation of 100 to 200 persons for the purpose of scriptures on Gita and distribution of Prosadam be held on 13th April, 2025 subject to such reasonable restrictions being imposed by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Debra. The name of ten organizers would be forwarded to the SDPO, Debra including that of the petitioner. Accordingly, consensus be arrived at between the superior officer
2 of the police and the organizers of this programme on 13th April, 2025. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 7029 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. All parties shall act on the server copy of this
order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copies of this
order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
