In the suit instituted by the plaintiff respondents an application 6C for grant of temporary injunction was moved in which an ad interim injunction was granted by the trial court. Against the said order petitioners had preferred misc. appeal which has been rejected. 3. As petitioners have already filed their objection before the court below, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling the counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondent, the trial court is hereby required to proceed with the application 6C filed by the plaintiff respondents in Suit No. 27 of 2024, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties and considering the objections filed by petitioners, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
