The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that while preparing the paper book of the connected second appeal, certain documents which are very much required to be considered at the time hearing of the second appeal has been left out by the Registry. The present application has been accordingly filed for giving a direction to the Registry to prepare an additional paper book enclosing the said left out documents which are; (i) Certified copy of the Judgment and Order dated 04.12.1984 passed by the Hon’ble Guwahati High Court, Imphal Bench in Second Appeal No. 23 of 1974. (ii) Examination-in-chief, cross-examination and re-examination of plaintiff’s witnesses along with depositions of P.W. No. 5 to LUCY GURU MAYU M Digitally signed by LUCY GURUMAYUM Date: 2025.08.11 13:16:04 +05'30' 2 P.W. No. 13. And statement of D.W. No. 6 as well as document exhibit D/1. The learned counsel for the opposite side submitted that he has no objection in allowing the application. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Court is of the consider view that the above mentioned documents will be required for deciding the issue raised in the connected second appeal. Accordingly, Registry is directed to prepare the additional paper book by enclosing the above mentioned documents. With the aforesaid direction, the present application is disposed of. JUDGE Lucy
