Heard Sri Dharmendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. Sri Dhirpal Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.6 has filed his Vakalatnama in Court today. He has also been heard. Present petition has been filed, seeking to assail a notice dated 9.10.2025 issued by respondent no.2 pursuant to the order dated 30.9.2025 passed by the said respondent for compliance of the order dated 30.8.2023 passed in Case No.7466 of 2023 (Smt. Usha vs. Smt. Anoopa Devi and others) under Section 134 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006. Counsel for the State-respondents submits that as per instructions dated 29.10.2025 received from respondent no.2-Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Phoolpur, Prayagra, an application dated 9.10.2023 has been moved by petitioner no.2-Saurabh Kumar Pal, seeking recall of the order dated 30.8.2023. It is submitted that the said petitioner, having already filed a recall application, the present petition would not be entertainable at this stage. Counsel for the petitioners has not disputed the aforesaid factual position. In view of the aforesaid factual position, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
