Mr. Kishore Rai, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Mr. Ganesh Kandpal, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. According to petitioners they were appointed against teaching/ non-teaching posts by Management of a Government Aided Institution, however, they are not being paid salary. The date of appointment is indicated as 1st March, 2024. 4. Learned State Counsel, however, on instructions, submits that Management did not obtain prior permission of Competent Authority for advertising the vacancies. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since petitioners are regularly discharging duties as Teaching/ Non- Teaching, therefore, they may be permitted to make representation for salary. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioners to approach the Competent Authority by making representation regarding unpaid salary. If they make representation within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken by the Competent Authority, within ten weeks thereafter.
