Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. The petitioners have preferred this writ petition for the following relief- "(1) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not dispossess to the petitioners from the gata (Unik Code) no.936 (2170440936000012) situated at Village-(Vinayakpur), area 0.0200 hectare Kunseri @ Vishunpur Tehsil- Nautanwa, District-Maharajganj except according with law. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation. dated 18.06.2025 and 08.10.2025 of the petitioners, within stipulated period". 3. Taking into consideration the entire facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that interest of justice would be sub-served by issuing a direction to respondent no.3 to consider the cause of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The petitioners have filed the detailed representation dated 18.06.2025, which is appended as Annexure-2 to the writ petition, the same shall be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks. 4. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and the authority concern shall pass order independently, in accordance with law at the earliest without causing any delay.
