HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 37331 of 2025 Court No. - 6 HON'BLE DR. YOGENDRA KUMAR SRIVASTAVA, J. Heard Sri Deepak Singh Patel, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Anand Bhaskar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents. The present petition has been filed primarily seeking to raise a grievance that consequent to certain orders passed in a suit for division of holdings the boundary marks which had been affixed, have been removed by certain private persons. A representation, in this regard, is stated to have been submitted before certain respondent authorities. It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of a grievance with regard to illegal removal of boundary marks, there is a statutory procedure prescribed under the provision of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, and the petitioners may avail the such remedy. Accordingly, the learned counsel states that he does not wish to press the petition and that the petitioner would avail the appropriate statutory legal remedy, in respect of their grievances. The petition is disposed of accordingly. October 30, 2025 Arun K. Singh Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Abdul Zarrar Khan, Deepak Singh Patel Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
