The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Respondent No.2/ Tehsildar, Tehsil- Hata, District - Kushinagar to decide the Restoration Application dated 25.10.2023, within stipulated period. 4. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the respondent(s) feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the Respondent No.2/ Tehsildar, Tehsil- Hata, District - Kushinagar to decide the aforesaid application strictly in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months but without granting any unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
