Srivastava, learned counsel for respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent no. 3 to issue the concession certificate to the petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for petitioner prays for and is permitted to implead Chief Medical Officer, Kushinagar as respondent no. 4 during the course of the day. 4. Sri S.K. Srivastava has produced instruction dated 14.10.2025, which is taken on record. As per instruction, he has informed that disability/concession certificate has been sent to newly impleaded respondent no. 4 and in case report is obtained in favour of petitioner, disability/concession certificate shall be issued to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with direction to newly impleaded respondent no. 4-Chief Medical Officer, Kushinagar to send its report to respondent no. 3-Senior Divisional Commercial Manager N.E. Railway Varanasi within two weeks from today. After receiving the report of respondent no. 4, respondent no. 3 shall issue concession certificate within four weeks thereafter.
