By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has challenged the transfer order as well as relieving order pursuant to transfer order . The Court cannot grant indulgence in the matter at this stage , however, it is provided that in the event petitioner prefers representation after two weeks of joining at the place of transfer, before competent authority, the competent authority will look into and consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a further period of six months .
