This application filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraskha Page No.# 2/2 Sanhita, 2023, the accused petitioner namely, Rahul Amin, has prayed for bail in connection with Barama P.S. Case No. 61/2025, registered under Section 310(2) of BNS, 2023 added Section 140(2)/317(3) of BNS, 2023. 3. The gist of the allegation in the ejahar pertain to dacoity in a truck carrying pan masala product worth more than Rs.80,00,000/-. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been detained in custody since 16.07.2025. That, length of detention may be considered at this stage. 5. Mr. K. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that case diary has been received and the investigation is not yet complete. It is also submitted that the alleged offences are serious in nature and the investigation was prima facie implicates the accused person and that he was identified as per investigation materials, by the driver of the truck in a TIP. 6. Considering the nature of allegations and the materials revealed, I am of the considered opinion that at this stage bail should be refused to the present accused. 7.
