HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 36820 of 2025 Court No. - 6 HON'BLE DR. YOGENDRA KUMAR SRIVASTAVA, J. Heard Sri Anil Pratap Singh Raghav, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Shridhar Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents and Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Gram Sabha. The present petition has been filed seeking to assail an order dated 16.09.2025 passed under Section 209H of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and also the order dated 14.05.2025 passed in proceedings under Section 67. It is not disputed that an order passed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 would be subject to a further statutory remedy and in view thereof this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy. Office to return certified copy(ies) of the order(s) to counsel for the petitioner after retaining photostat copy(ies) thereof.
