By means of this petition, petitioner has challenged order dated 25.04.2025 passed by second respondent whereby membership of respondent no.4 has been restored as life member in the list of members of respondent society. 3. In considered opinion of this Court, petitioner, a life member, has no locus to challenge the impugned order, even concerned respondent, who has passed the impugned order, has allegedly acted beyond its jurisdiction. 4. However, the petitioner has liberty to approach competent civil court for redressal of his grievances, if so advised. Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
