The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mandu P.S. Case No. 271 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 108 of 2023 registered for the alleged offence under Section 379 & 461 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ramgarh. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation in the FIR is that some goods were stolen from the premises of the school. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. He further submits that only on the basis of confessional statement, the name of this petitioner has transpired in this case. He further submits that two co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate bench of this Court in ABA No. 1842 of 2024 vide order dated 01.07.2024. 4. Learned counsel opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 5. Considering the fact that the two of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate bench of this Court in ABA No. 1842 of 2024 vide order dated 01.07.2024, I am inclined to allow the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner- above named is hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within four weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ramgarh in connection with Mandu P.S. Case No. 271 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 108 of 2023 , subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
