Heard Sri Bachchu Lal Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Shishir Tiwari, learned counsel for State-respondent nos.1 and 2 and Sri Akhilesh Kumar, learned counsel for respondent no.3. 2. The instant writ petition is preferred by the petitioners seeking quashing of orders dated 19.09.2024 and 10.06.2025 passed by Deputy Registrar, Firms, Societies & Chits, Agra and also other consequential order, if any. 3. The petitioners still have liberty to place their case before concerned respondent on basis of judgment passed by this Court on 21.11.2011 in Writ C No.27152 of 2008, Ashok Kumar Singh and another v. Stae of U.P. and others that in certain circumstances when allegations are of fraud, the concerned respondent has power to recall its order. 4. Therefore, without interfering with impugned order, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty that if any further recall application is filed, the concerned respondent will take note of judgment passed in Ashok Kumar Singh (supra) and pass appropriate orders. It is necessary to observe that judgment of Ashok Kumar Singh (supra) was not placed before concerned respondent.
