The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief: “3.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside and quash the impugned order dated 4.4.2019 (ANNEXURE P/1) AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN Digitally signed by AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN 2 passed by learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur, District Raipur in Criminal Revision No. 214/2019 (Rajesh Yadav vs. Jitendra Kumar Patel) and also the order dated 13.3.2019 (ANNEXURE P/2) passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) in Complaint Case No. 881/2018 (Jitendra Kumar Patel vs. Rajesh Yadav). 3.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s)/ order(s) in favour of petitioners, which deemed fit & just in the facts & circumstances of the case.” 2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of Criminal Revision No.214/2019, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court vide order dated 16.11.2019. 3.
