At the very outset, Shri Vishveshwar Mani Tripathi, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quash the impugned cause notice dated 23.08.2025 passed by the respondent no.2 and directed to the respondent no.3 to reinstate the petitioner on his respectable post, with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted.
