Case No. 14 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Ms. J. Minz, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. On 23.01.2025 at about 1:00 A.M., the informant came to know that his son Abhishek Kumar @ Bajrang has met with an accident. Suspicion has been raised against the named accused persons that they might have committed murder of his son because his son was having affairs with one Nidhi Kumari and he was threatened of dire consequences. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co- accused. It was finally submitted that the co-accused Nasim Ansari has been granted bail by this Court earlier in B.A. No. 6456 of 2025 and the case of the petitioner stands exactly on similar footing. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. J.
