Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2. This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report dated 3.8.2025 giving rise to case crime no. 371 of 2025, under Sections 333, 115(2), 351(3), 352, 118(1), 117(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Jhinjhana, District Shamli. The petitioners have also prayed that they be not arrested in pursuance of the impugned FIR. 3. When FIR was lodged by the first informant/respondent no.3/Sushil Kumar against the petitioners then instant writ petition was filed by the accused-petitioners. During the argument in this Court in the writ petition, a supplementary affidavit was filed and the compromise, which had been entered into between the parties, was brought to the knowledge of the Court. For verification of the compromise, on 04.09.2025, the matter was sent to concerned Magistrate and the report was sent by the Magistrate through Registrar (Compliance). Today when the case was taken up, the report has been placed before us and we find that compromise has been verified by the Investigating Officer. 4. Now, since the compromise has been verified, no useful purpose would be served by continuing the investigation of First Information Report dated 3.8.2025 giving rise to case crime no. 371 of 2025, under Sections 333, 115(2), 351(3), 352, 118(1), 117(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Jhinjhana, District Shamli. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mohd. Naushad Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Sauraj And 3 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) 5. In view of compromise entered into between the parties, the First Information Report dated 3.8.2025 giving rise to case crime no. 371 of 2025, under Sections 333, 115(2), 351(3), 352, 118(1), 117(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Jhinjhana, District Shamli be quashed.
