Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to restore the full pension of petitioners after completion of 11 yeas from the date of commutation instead of 15 years within stipulated period. II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2/Director Basic Education, Nishat Ganj Lucknow to decide the application dated 21.08.2025 of the petitioners within stipulated period." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are now entitled for full pension after completion of requisite period in view of new Policy of the State Government. It is further submitted that the petitioners have already submitted a representation dated 21.08.2025 before the respondent no. 2, Director, Basic Education, Lucknow, but their claims have not yet been considered by the Director. 3. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 i.e. Director, Basic Education, Lucknow, to consider the claim of the petitioners in accordance with law as well as Policy of the State Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ajay Mishra, Shri Krishna Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Harsh Vardhan Gupta Ved Prakash Sharma And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) Government. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
