Though the petitioner made several allegations against the 3. respondents, during hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court, without touching the merits of the case, to issue a direction to the respondents, more particularly, respondent No.3 herein to consider and dispose of the Appeal dated 09.08.2024 preferred by the petitioner herein. 4. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the Appeal dated 09.08.2024 preferred by the petitioner considered by the respondent authorities, in accordance with law, within a reasonable time. would be 5.
